JR High Winter Camp 2026

We would love to have your student(s) join us for our upcoming JR High Winter Retreat.

When - January 23-25, 2026

Where - Muskoka Woods

Drop off - Transportation is provided.
Please drop off at 430pm at the church on Friday, January 23.

Pick up - is at the church no later than 4PM Sunday, January 25.

Cost - The retreat cost is $295, this payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard (if you need another payment method, please contact the office and speak to one of the Youth Team members)

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

If you need to withdraw from the retreat, you are eligible for a refund of your registration fee minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee per registration, provided that your cancellation request is received on or before the dates below:

Senior High: December 10
Junior High: December 24

Please note that after the dates listed, all registrations become non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or changes in personal plans.

This policy is necessary due to the commitments we must make to vendors, accommodations, and other planning partners in advance of the event.

How to Cancel:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your church contact email. The effective date of your cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice.

No Transfers or Credits:
Currently, we are unable to offer credits toward future events.

Should there be a waitlist for the event, and another person can commit to attending at the last minute, transfer arrangements may be a possibility. Please be aware that there are no guarantees for this case-by-case situation.
