SR High Fall Retreat 2025

Hope Youth Senior High students are invited to our upcoming Senior High Fall retreat. This retreat is for students in Grades 9-12 attending Hope Youth. We look forward to a time filled with worship, time in God's Word, and time with leaders and friends.

No transportation will be provided for this retreat. Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their student(s).

*PLEASE NOTE* Retreats are an intentional time of worship, teaching, and community for our small groups. We ask that students be committed to the entire weekend and that you make sure they do not request to come late or leave early. This is a distraction for everyone.

When - Oct 17-19, 2025

Where - We will spend the weekend at Circle Square Ranch in Brantford, 1645 Colborne St E, Brantford, ON

Drop off - 7:00PM Friday, October 17

Pick up - 1230-1PM Sunday, October 19. Please be on time.

Cost - The retreat cost is $205 ($200 + FEE); this payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard (if you need another payment method, please get in touch with the office and speak to one of the Youth Team members)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:
If you need to withdraw from the retreat, you are eligible for a refund of your registration fee minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee per registration, provided that your cancellation request is received on or before Oct 3, 2025.
